Who provides it

ApeX / here is a YAPZEK product. YAPZEK is a trademark of AKA Internet Solutions LLC and AKA İstanbul Bilgi Sistemleri Danışmanlık ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("we", "us"). Contact details are on the Privacy Policy page and below.

Licence

We give you a free, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use ApeX / here on your own computers. You may not sell, rent or redistribute the app, or remove its notices. The name, logo and app remain ours.

An agent that uses your computer

Apex can click, type, open apps and websites, read and write files, send email, change your calendar, run scripts and answer phone calls for you. You decide which tools it may use and which need your approval (Settings › Tools & permissions and Settings › Phone). Check what it does, especially before it sends, deletes or buys something. AI can make mistakes; you are responsible for how you use Apex and for what it does on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Do not use ApeX / here to break the law or anyone's rights, to access systems or accounts you are not allowed to, to send spam, to deceive people, or to record or call people where the law does not allow it. Some models in the app come with their own use restrictions (see below); you agree to follow them too.

Third-party models, software and services

The app includes open models and software that are used under their own licences, listed in Settings › Open source licenses. Some models (for example Supertonic 3 and Indra OCR) are licensed under OpenRAIL-M licences that forbid certain uses; those terms apply to you. Services you connect — cloud language models, email providers, MCP servers, websites — are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranty

ApeX / here is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that it will be free of errors or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of ApeX / here, even if we were told such damages were possible. Back up anything important.

Changes and updates

We may update the app and these terms. If the terms change, we will update this page and its date; using the app after that means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the app and uninstall it at any time.
