ApeX / here is a YAPZEK product. YAPZEK is a trademark of AKA Internet Solutions LLC and AKA İstanbul Bilgi Sistemleri Danışmanlık ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("we", "us"). Contact details are at the end of this page.

The app on your computer

ApeX / here has no account and sends no usage data, analytics or crash reports to us. Everything it keeps stays in its installation folder on your computer:

• Settings. API keys, email app passwords and tokens are encrypted with Windows DPAPI and can only be read on that computer.
• Memory, skills and archived conversations.
• Calendar, reminders and scheduled tasks.
• Browser profiles of the browser Apex uses, and files Apex creates for you.

With the local models, speech recognition, speech output and the language model run on your computer. Screenshots and text that Apex reads to do a task are used for that task and are not sent to us. Uninstalling the app and deleting its folder removes this data.

When data leaves your computer

Only for services you set up yourself, and only to them:

• Cloud language models (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek or another OpenAI-compatible service): your messages, the results of Apex's tools and, if the model can see images, screenshots are sent to that provider. Its own privacy policy applies.
• Email accounts: Apex connects to your mail servers (IMAP and SMTP) to read and send the mail you ask it to.
• External MCP servers and websites: what Apex sends to an MCP server you add, or to a website its browser opens, goes to that server or website.
• Model downloads: models you download in Settings come from Hugging Face, which sees the download request.
• Remote access and phone: a phone you pair over your local network, and a phone line connected through the Yapzek Bridge, talk to the app on your computer.

This website

apexhere.com uses no analytics and no cookies. It stores your language choice in your browser (localStorage). When you request early access, we store your email address, the page language and the time of the request, and we email you the download link. We use your address only for that and for messages about ApeX / here; we do not sell or share it. To have it deleted, write to info@yapzek.ai.

Your choices

You decide which services Apex may use, and you can turn tools and permissions on or off in Settings. You can ask us what we hold about you (for this website: your early-access email) and ask us to delete it.

Children

ApeX / here is not intended for children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
