Independent by design.

YAPZEK is an engineering company. We own every model, every server and every line of the pipeline we ship — from a 120-million-parameter Turkish speech model to a multi-tenant AI operating system.

Most AI products are thin interfaces over someone else's API. That is fine for a demo and fatal for a bank, a hospital or a ministry. We took the opposite road: we train and run our own speech models, build our own storage and streaming servers, and ship agents that operate without a single external call.

The result is a stack that can be installed on a laptop for a pilot and scaled to a multi-GPU, multi-campus cluster without changing a line of integration code.
